Brought blinds for cleaning. Quoted 1 week turn around mistakenly (understandable). Re-quoted 4 weeks. 6 weeks later no one knew when they'd be done. 7 weeks later returned NOT cleaned and BROKEN. Too bad for me, they are going out of business & were just sold.
